Searching for a Wedding Planner to help with your special day?

We have a number of different wedding packages available:

Half Day $550 (inc GST)
When you just need someone to do all the running around for you on the day, leading up to your reception. Usually about 5 hours. We can ensure all your suppliers turn up on time, handle any phone calls from well wishers, look after any minor mishaps, and take care of any other details that you need looked after.

Fees include any travel up to 2 hours outside of the Brisbane CBD, local phone calls, up to 2 x 1 hour meetings with you prior to the day, and coordination of set-up and pack-down of suppliers.

Full Day $1100 (inc GST)
Great for couples who want their entire day to be looked after by the one person with no interruptions. All of the benefits of the Half Day package but extended right through to the end of the reception. Usually about 10 hours.

Total Plan
The number of suppliers you can choose from these days is overwhelming and it is a daunting job trying to get comparison quotes and/or sample their goods. V Events can coordinate all the sourcing of supplier quotes for you - finding a maximum of three to four comparisons from each industry so that there is less confusion for you - then ensure the management of the suppliers right up to and including the actual day of your wedding (and in some cases post-event).

The biggest benefit for you is that you only need to remember one phone number - V Events. It is a great idea for those couples who are time poor, or who don't have relatives or friends nearby who are able to assist.

The management fees for this service can be quoted after an obligation free meeting to discuss your dreams and hopes for your special day. Bear in mind, many weddings can take up to and over 200 hours to plan and manage, and the management fee will be indicative of these hours.

Destination Weddings
If you would like assistance with planning and coordinating your dream holiday on an island or somewhere other than within the Brisbane region, we can also help you. Travel, accommodation and meals are in addition to management fees and other expenses.
